Our 700+ trained volunteers have survived cancer, and they want to help you do the same for yourself – or a loved one! Whether you need encouragement or want to give it, CanCare is the place for you. Support is available over the phone, via text, email and in person – one time or on an ongoing basis."

Common Threads

"Common Threads accepts donations of clothing for children ages 4-18. This can be either uniform or non-uniform clothing as well as backpacks, or school supplies. Everything must be gently worn, please! We also take purses, belts, cosmetic bags, and used books as well. We take only new socks and underwear though. Even though our hours vary, please feel free to drop off your donations at our outdoor bin located in the parking lot of Common Threads (710 Houston Street, Richmond, Texas 77406)."

Fort Bend Cares

Houston Food Bank
